Advertising & Promotion


Properties will be advertised through multiple media, including:  my website, Internet home search/listing services, classified advertising and real estate guides.


Promotion efforts real estate tours are a good way of getting other buyer agents to view your home and to promote it to the buyers they are working with. Word of mouth is also a powerful advertising tool, and having a “For Sale” sign on your lawn usually generates a lot of interest in the local community, and house hunters that are targeting your neighbourhood.




Showings & Open Houses


I will go through your home and recommend certain areas that can make the house more buyer friendly. We have to make sure that the largest number of people can picture themselves living in your home. This can mean anything from tidying things up, to staging your home.
